Our weekly group classes are designed to make you feel calm and relaxed throughout your pregnancy or motherhood journey's.
We integrate classic yoga poses with breath work to encourage you to find a connection between your mind, body and breath.
All of our classes are suitable for beginners. We offer modifications and extensions throughout the whole class to ensure you all receive the best possible experience.

Pregnancy Group Classes

Baby & Me Group Classes
Every Tuesday at 10:30 - 11:30

We set a maximum of 16 people that can be booked into each group class.

If you purchase a drop-in slot your credit is only valid for that one week.
If you purchase a block of 4 classes, you can use it within 28 days of purchase. Please cancel your slot as soon as you know you won’t be able to attend!
