Our private classes are designed to help you deepen your practice and encourage understanding of your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

All classes are tailored to your wants and needs, even if you just book in for a drop-in session.

Whether you’ve never done Yoga before or you’ve been practicing it for years, our Private Classes are the perfect choice for you!

 

£180 for a block of 4 classes or £50 per private class

Pregnancy Private Class

We’re happy to offer a consultation to anyone who’s unsure of where they’d like to start their pregnancy and postnatal yoga journey.

 FAQs

  • Yes absolutely. We store your private session in Zoom for a week so you have access to it whenever you like! Nobody else is able to watch this session.

  • If you’ve purchased a drop-in class then it’s only valid during the week that you’ve purchased it. Send us an email and we’ll see what we can do. If we have any spaces available we’ll always try to accommodate you but we can’t guarantee that it will be possible during that specific week.

    If you purchase a block of 4 classes you can use it within 28 days of purchase so you can try to reschedule with a bit more flexibility.

  • Yes. Private Classes are designed to help you to dive deeper into your practice and your instructor will need to be able to see you to help you with this!
